Ahmad Khan

Manal is a certified Ayurvedic practitioner, trained at the Kerala Ayurveda Academy in California under Vaidya Jayarajan Kodikannath. Her practice is grounded in the five-element philosophy: true health arises when earth, water, fire, air, and ether exist in harmony within us.

She is proud to bring her practice home to Pakistan. Takshashila, which flourished here over two millennia ago, was home to Charaka, one of Ayurveda's foundational scholars.

Background & Training

A practice built on deep roots

Classical Training

Three years of classical training at the Kerala Ayurveda Academy in California, under Vaidya Jayarajan Kodikannath. The Academy is part of Kerala Ayurveda Limited, founded in 1945 on the banks of the Periyar River in Kochi — over 75 years of living tradition.

Five-Element Philosophy

Earth, water, fire, air, and ether. True health arises when all five exist in harmony within us.

Ancient Lineage

Takshashila stood in what is now Pakistan, one of the ancient world's greatest centres of learning. Charaka, the foundational scholar of Ayurveda, was among its physicians. Manal is proud to practise here, bringing this tradition back to one of its original homes.
