Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by you

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation terms are:

• 48 hours or more before your appointment: full refund or free rescheduling
• 24–48 hours before your appointment: 50% refund, or reschedule once at no charge
• Less than 24 hours before your appointment: no refund. The session fee is retained in full.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible at info@fithraveda.com or via WhatsApp.

No-shows

If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged and no refund or credit will be issued.

Late arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for other clients. The full fee applies regardless of the time used.

Cancellations by Fithraveda

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or a rescheduled appointment at your preference.

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
